At this year's SWEETTARG in Katowice has been awarded one of our new spiral mixer with trolley bowl equiped with a touchscreen. The assessment was influenced by: a 100% Polish production, innovation in the form of programming possibilities recipes by many parameters, the possibility of monitoring the production processes with the protection in case of overheating the dough and the ability to encode the programs operation.
