Tippler WS-3000

Dough divider DT-1400


The machine is used for mechanical dough deviding. It works on the principle of suction and discharge side with cylinder filling the cake to a fixed volume. All versions have a special machine control panel which can be mounted on the operator's side. It has a display where you can read a fixed volume as well as any adjustments such as switching on and off the machine, increasing and decreasing sample weight and controlling fluid flour sifter.

Pre-annealing station ODT-4200

This process helps to improve the structure of the dough and facilitating the extension of the bread.
