Lifter WS-3000


The machine is used to transfer the dough from the bowl to the divider hopper, hopper or bakery table. It is produced in versions for all types and manufacturers of bowls with a turn to the left or right. Plating and covers in all versions are made of stainless steel approved for contact with food.

Dough devider DT-1400


592/5000 The machine is used to mechanically divide the dough. It works on the suction-pressing principle by filling the cylinder with dough to a set volume. All versions of the machine have a specialized control panel with the option of mounting from the operating side. It has a display on which you can read the set volume, as well as all adjustments, i.e. turning the machine on and off, increasing and reducing the weight, and smoothly controlling the operation of the flour screen.

Rounder ZT-1350


The machine is used for shaping wheat-rye bread dough with 30-70% wheat bread flour. A bite of cake is rounded between two tapes. The machine is produced in two versions with a control panel and adjustment on the right or left side. Platings, housings and covers in all versions are made of stainless steel.

Pre-stress station ODT-4200


The machine is used to introduce a break in the processing between rounding and lengthening the billet allows you to relax the dough. This process allows you to improve the structure of the dough and facilitate the process of lengthening the bread. Depending on technological requirements and line efficiency, this time ranges from a few to several minutes.


Pre-stress station with extension without hatching ODTW-4200


The machine is used for free relaxation of rounded pieces of bread dough. During annealing, gentle elongation occurs in several stages on multilevel lengtheners. This process allows you to improve the structure of the dough and prevents brooding during the lengthening of the bread. A six-process bread line with bowl emptying, mechanical dough division, rounding on a four-belt cascade rounder, stress relieving and lengthening the dough pieces, and collecting on a receiving conveyor. It consists of a dough divider, four-band cascade rounder, stress relief devices, cylindrical lengthener with a wedge and a receiving table.
