MORE EFFECTIVE REX
After the release of semi-automatic slicer ROCH it is time to expand the range options for REX slicer as a double blow molding machine and rotary table, increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the use of a set of cutting and packaging.
At this year's fairs SweetTarg in Katowice a new stationary slicer had its premiere. The device is designed primarily for use in bakeries, shops and other catering establishments, places where the staff doesn't need many hours for continuous operation.
HIGHER MIXING CULTURE
The increasing demand for bakery and confectionery products forces companies to increase production capacity and investing in new machines in the relevant technologies. Undoubtedly this technology is the mixing in machines with spirals. Why?
MEETING CREDIN 2013
During this year's event for bakers and pastry chefs, organized by CREDIN, there was a production capacity presentation of our model SM 85, supplemented with a lecture on the new mixing technology led by Jack Podgorski.
The passing year 2012 brought a breath of fresh air in our company, thereby increasing production, capacity and sales. At the beginning of the year we have finally settled in the F assembly hall and warehouse, which shortened the production time and service reaction. The parts are practically always available from the stock, even for XUN and DK machines.
In our sales department we have created a special place where in comfortable and elegant room, we can openly talk with our customers about the offer and provide professional equipment selection according to individual preferences. While enjoying the benefits of our test bakery there is a unique opportunity to test the equipment in real conditions.
In the past year we have also instaled several new machines on British Isles. In the summer we opened a new distribution channel through the online store. Perhaps we are not the first company that decided to trade throw the network, but I hope that our ambitions, supported by the experience and commitment of the staff within a year will make us a leader in this area, highlighting the richness of our predominant products and fast service supported by friendly shop interface. By the spring of 2013 in Gliwice we will create one of the largest showrooms for bakers, pastry chefs and caterers, which today is in the implementation phase.
Next year we are planning to release new machines such as small bread slicer, tippers and a whole new series of spiral mixers for heavy duty. Our design department focuses on the suggestions and expectations of the customers, who in the past year gave us clear instructions which new machines they expect us to create. We are a very flexible company, full of amazing people who have the passion to create. We are trying to establish a bond with our customers based on the symbiotic system of "win-win", where each party wins. Clients receive the highest quality goods at reasonable prices, backed with the care of our sales and service staff and we by gaining regular customers for many years.
